I decided to share my interest in tea with the rest of my classmates. So I have created a wiki called Tea by Jean, which can be found at http://teawJean.wetpaint.com Do enjoy and remember to read the site with a cup of tea in hand!

I, too, am a tea devotee (pardon the pun). I am always interested in "tea trivia". Thanks for creating a tea wiki.

Great to know there are others fascinated by tea. What's your favorite? I'm really starting to like the green teas.

When I was in Japan, I visited a green tea farm and enjoyed learning more about its history by visiting the site where Japanese green tea processing originated. Since that visit, I have been in touch with the farm owners and get their tea - check out http://www.hibiki-an.com/

Jean,
Thanks for the link to the green tea farm web site. I will check it out soon. How wonderful that you got to visit the farm in person. I like both black and green tea. I guess Darjeeling and Earl Grey are a couple of my favorite black teas.

I need to learn how to brew tea the old-fashioned way, with a teapot and loose tea leaves. None of this Lipton flow-through teabag business. I'll definitely visit your site.

Hi, Jean! I was looking forward to reading about teas you like, but could find no content when I went to you wiki site http://teawJean.wetpaint.com , even after joing it and signing in. Am I not accessing it correctly, or am I looking in the wrong place? Thanks for a response. Nancy (Gently) Do you find this valuable?
