Our library staff spends a lot of time with audiovisual services; our equipment inventory is in the thousands, our details are endless. We have a library staff only website that we use to post information and tips but it is worth exploring the "in the moment" nature of a wiki. I don't know what others will see as I made the Wiki private. The link to my blog, modest, modest, modest is http://gumshoelibrarian.blogspot.com
The key is to give it a try and go back to it periodically to experiment. Practice.

This week we gave the medical director a set of keys to all the conference room lecterns, which house the AV equipment. Saves his time and ours. 1  out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?
